TESA Refund Policy
At TESA (The Executive Service Academy), we are committed to delivering high-value training, career development, placement services, and organizational transformation.
1. No Refund Policy
By enrolling in any TESA program or engaging any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All fees paid are final and non-refundable
- This applies to:
- Training programs and certification courses
- Placement services
- Career advisory services
- Membership and alumni access
- Any consulting or staffing-related service
2. Reason for Policy
TESA operates a high-touch, resource-intensive model, where value is delivered immediately upon engagement.
This includes:
- Intellectual property access (training materials, frameworks, systems)
- Facilitator time and expertise
- Administrative and operational resources
- Career positioning and advisory support
- Placement preparation and interview coordination
Once these resources are deployed, they cannot be reversed, withdrawn, or reused, regardless of participation level.
3. Placement & Interview Participation
For participants in the TESA Placement Program:
- Once you are shortlisted, prepared, or presented for opportunities
- Once interview coordination or employer engagement begins
Work has already been executed on your behalf.
As such:
- No refunds will be issued at this stage
- Participation in placement processes confirms acceptance of this policy
4. Non-Participation or Withdrawal
Failure to:
- Attend sessions
- Complete training
- Participate in interviews
- Engage with provided opportunities
Does not qualify for a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
TESA does not guarantee refunds under any circumstances. However, in rare and exceptional cases, TESA may, at its sole discretion:
- Offer program deferment
- Offer partial service credit (not cash refund)
6. Policy Acceptance
By making any payment to TESA, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy
- You agree to all stated terms
- You accept that no refunds will be issued
