These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TESA's services, including training, certification, placement, staffing, and advisory services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TESA services, you agree to:

- Engage professionally and ethically
- Accept all financial and operational terms
2. Scope of Services
TESA provides:
- Executive Assistant training and certification
- Career development and advisory
- Placement and recruitment services
- Employer staffing solutions
- Organizational transformation
- Professional membership and alumni programs
TESA reserves the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time
3. No Guarantee of Employment
TESA provides placement support, not job guarantees. We:
- Prepare
- Position
- Recommend
However:
- Final hiring decisions rest with employers
- TESA is not liable for non-selection
4. Participant Responsibilities
All participants must:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain professionalism during training and interviews
- Complete required coursework and tasks
- Respect facilitators, staff, and fellow participants
TESA reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access for misconduct
5. Payment Terms
- All payments must be made in full before access to services
- Payment plans (if applicable) must be honored
- Late or failed payments may result in service restriction
All payments are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable
6. Intellectual Property
All TESA materials including:
- Training content
- Frameworks
- Templates
- Systems
Are the intellectual property of TESA.
Participants may not:
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Resell
- Share
Without written permission.
7. Placement & Staffing Terms
For Employers:
- Placement fees apply upon successful hire
- TESA is not liable for post-hire performance beyond agreed support
For Graduates:
- Placement participation requires readiness and compliance
- Success-based contribution applies upon employment
8. Limitation of Liability
TESA shall not be held liable for:
- Employment outcomes
- Career progression
- Employer decisions
- Financial losses arising from participation
9. Termination of Access
TESA reserves the right to terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Misconduct occurs
- Payments are not fulfilled
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
